Revive offer a fully managed service to our registered Landlords. We feel this will provide our Landlords with the best service which covers all your needs. As Landlords ourselves we know and have experienced first hand the frustrations you can have, therefore we have tailored our services to ensure you have peace of mind when leaving your property in our care.

Full Managed Services (8% of rent plus £250 Set up fee) includes the following:

Please note all charges are Excluding VAT. The Current rate of VAT is 20%

Normal disbursements charges will still apply to:

  • Inventories – from £80
  • Gas Safety Certificates – £65
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) – From £160
  • Energy Performance Certificates – Price on Request
  • Keys Cut – £5 per key **Cost of the key not included**

Services outside of the managed services are price as follows:

  • Empty Property Check – £45
  • Tenancy Renewal – £95
  • Copy Statements – £25
  • Ad hoc Inspections – £45
  • Smoke Alarm Check – £45
  • Selective License Administration – £180
  • Full Eviction from £825 (further disbursements maybe added)
  • Extra Bank Transfer or International Bank Payment £25 (each transfer/payment)

Tenant Deposits

Here at Revive, we want to make our properties available to a wide range of tenants which is why we can discuss with you an alternative insured deposit scheme through our partner FlatFair. The scheme has several advantages:

  • Reduce void periods by lowering the upfront cost for your tenants
  • Keep the same protection as a traditional security deposit
  • Tenants remain fully accountable for looking after your property and making rental payments, with FlatFair making payment to you in the event of a fair claim at the end of the tenancy

Tenant Deposits

Tenant Find Only Service – From £500 (£600 Inc. VAT)

Our Tenant Find Only service is ideal for landlords who want to find a tenant but have the time to manage the property themselves. We will find a suitable tenant and complete all of the relevant checks prior to them moving in.

  • Marketing the property for rent
  • Showing potential tenants around the property
  • Processing a full application
  • Conducting credit checks for guarantor and tenant
  • Conducting Employer and previous landlord checks
