Revive provides a fully managed service to its registered landlords — the option we believe delivers the best experience and the fewest surprises. As landlords ourselves we know the frustrations first-hand, so our service is tailored to give you complete peace of mind.
Fully managed service
Our most popular option: 8% of rent plus a one-off £400 set-up fee. The monthly management fee is deducted from the rental income we collect on your behalf.
